Our Story

Locally owned and operated, CRUST Craft Bakery & Pizzeria is a Choices for Youth Social Enterprise. The team at Crust is dedicated to training and empowering local youth that may be experiencing barriers to entering post-secondary or the work force. We offer meaningful work in a supportive environment for youth who are building their careers in the food industry. The idea is that we teach traditional, transferable techniques and introduce bold flavors while producing our take on comforting, rustic baked goods.
